The estimated total time from payment confirmation to delivery is approximately 8–18 business days, including order processing time.
Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier arrangements, weather conditions, customs inspections, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping fees are determined by the discounted merchandise subtotal:
- Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$39.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal below US$39.99 are subject to a standard shipping fee of US$12.99.
The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping Address
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information at checkout. If you need to update your shipping details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address may no longer be possible.
